This old farmhouse standing in its own beautiful grounds on a hill top, just over a mile from Lake Montepulciano (nearest town Castiglione del Lago at about 8 chilometres). The swimming pool (6m x 12m) is set in the lawns with old pines and cypresses, surrounded by fertile fields, vineyards and olive groves. From here you have a beautiful view in all directions of the gentle landscape. It is possible to walk from the house directly into the surrounding fields which are part of the estate. Lake Trasimeno and the Etruscan towns Castiglione del Lago and Chiusi can be quickly reached by scarcely travelled country lanes. The small villages nearby provide facilities for shopping. All apartments have been well restored and furnished. Two are in the upper floor of the main building and reached by individual outside staircases (one of these is the owners's home). The ground floor consists of storage rooms that are not in use. The third one is in a smaller building in the grounds with a large portico, nera the swimming-pool. At disposal: Barbecue and washing-mashine. For each apartment box with products for italian breakfast: coffe, tea, milk etc.
