The villa was born from the renovation of the ancient stone farm which was originally the main one in the valley. It has ancient origins, documented already in medieval times; surrounded by olive trees, cypresses and plum trees and by the ancient park in its natural slope where biodiversity reigns, typical plants of the Tuscan countryside, aromatic plants and over two thousand rose plants. The swimming pool is located in the most downstream part, with particular materials, shape and color that make it naturally integrated into the landscape and offers the possibility of relaxing under the sun, in harmony with nature and the surrounding panorama. Each room has an independent entrance and local terracotta flooring, furnished in Tuscan style with traditional furniture in solid walnut and chestnut wood, as well as original pieces and elements redesigned to enhance the Tuscan peasant tradition. The stone fireplaces are unique pieces, designed around each centuries-old juniper trunk to create a warm and harmonious touch. The chandeliers, made by Murano and local master glassmakers, are handmade to uphold craftsmanship. The bathrooms were made with handmade covering materials, equipped with a shower or hydromassage tub and terracotta floors.
The 38 m2 convivial room will be a place for sharing where you can relax and eat together. It has a wooden structure and large panoramic windows in balance with the landscape and a living corner with white sofas for chatting a bit in the natural sunlight. The large 16 m2 built-in kitchen, next to the convivial room, has a large electric oven and a five-burner hob, a long worktop covered with handmade tiles and solid wood furniture. Reserved parking. VILLA ARDENE (12+4) - Individual villa with swimming pool consisting of 6 double bedrooms, all with bathroom/shower and the possibility of adding up to 4 extra beds. Large living room and large fully equipped kitchen. Large equipped garden and swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas; the vegetable garden is available for guests. It is possible to organize events and ceremonies, tastings of local products, breakfasts, lunches or dinners upon reservation, and request a chef and staff for daily cleaning; the costs of these services will be provided upon request. Extras to be paid on site: Final cleaning €300.00 - Air conditioning €80.00 per day - Heating according to consumption and wood for the fireplaces.
